Students from the Marysville High School CTSO (Career Technical Student Organizations) went trick-or-treating on Monday evening, October 29th to collect food for the Marshall County Helping Hands Food Pantry. The clubs that participated were FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) and FFA (Future Farmers of America). Twenty-one teams were formed prior to the event and were tasked to go out into the community to collect none perishable food items and toiletries. The teams could dress up for the event but it was not mandatory. After collecting the food items, the students went to the agriculture building and counted the food items and see if we had reached our goal. In all the students collected over 2900 items. It was a fun evening for all.
