Marysville Students Featured in "Voices of Kansas" Journal

Big applause for the talented students of Marysville Junior/Senior High School, who’ve officially joined the ranks of published artists and poets in the 2025 edition of the Voices of Kansas journal! This digital publication, hosted by the Kansas Association of Teachers of English, is a statewide showcase of student creativity—and Marysville’s young voices are shining bright.

From heartfelt poetry to striking visual art, these students poured their passion into pieces that now live alongside work from peers across Kansas. Voices of Kansas is more than a journal—it's a platform where young creators speak boldly through words and images, and Marysville’s crew did just that.

Whether you're flipping through for inspiration or just want to see what raw talent looks like, check out their work and celebrate the power of student expression. Kansas creativity is alive and well—and Marysville is leading the charge!

Congratulations Students: Kaylor Serr, Emilyn Holle, Noah Ellis, Leland Hicks, & JT Becker!

Farm to Plate Program

As we work towards different food options for our students, we know that community support will be a key factor. By partnering with local producers we are able to work together to bring fresh meat/produce options for all students during the school year. If any producer is interested in learning more or wanting to participate with this new program for fresh locally grown meat, fruits, or vegetable options, please feel free to contact Mr. Schroeder, Travis Pralle, or Pam Dankenbring.
