Dear USD364 - Marysville Public Schools Family –
We are writing to make you aware of a recent cybersecurity incident involving our Student Information System (SIS), commonly known as PowerSchool.
On Thursday, January 9, 2025, PowerSchool company informed us of an incident involving unauthorized access to certain parts of our data housed within their program. According to their message, PowerSchool believes the incident has been contained but some data was accessed.
This unfortunate reality has also affected many school districts across the United States and Canada. PowerSchool is working urgently to determine what information and how much information has been taken. We are working with them to learn more and will notify everyone if and when we get more information. If you have questions, please contact the District Office at (785) 562-5308 option 1 for more information.

Dear Parents and Students,
As colder weather settles in, we want to remind everyone to take extra precautions when coming to school. With the possibility of icy and slippery walkways, please ensure that students wear appropriate footwear with good traction to reduce the risk of slipping.
We also encourage wearing warm, layered clothing, including hats, gloves, and scarves to stay comfortable during colder temperatures.
Safety is our top priority, and we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth start to the school day for all. Please take extra care when walking on school grounds, especially in the mornings and evenings.

Unified School District 364, Marysville Schools, will have a two-hour late start on Wednesday, January 8th. KIDS U will be open at 6:30am. No A.M. Pre-K class. Offices will be open at 9am.
