Subject: Important Notice: State Highway Construction Project Impacting School Access and Parking

Dear District Patrons,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an upcoming state highway construction project that will begin on Monday, October 13, 2025, and is expected to run through December. This project will impact access to our school facilities and parking arrangements.

Key Details:

Entrances: All school entrances on HWY 77 will be closed, except for the Walnut Street entrance.
Parking: Parking along HWY 77 and in our agricultural parking lot will not be available during this time.
We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. We will provide more information as we receive updates concerning the project's duration and any additional impacts.
